- Fixed: accounts with two-factor authentication (2FA) could not reconnect after
the session expired — the re-login dialog now asks for the 2FA code, stays open
on failure, and shows a clear error.
- Fixed: refreshing could leave the dashboard stuck "connecting" with monitors
never updating; reconnection is now reliable.
