Time for the yearly update
Changes:

<li>added the option to request location permissions. This may fix issues for people where the
characteristics can't be read.</li>
<li>Updated dependencies.</li>
<li>removed google play billing. Didn't feel right to ask for money if I can't afford to always allocate time to this project.</li>
<li>Created debug options in the release to help create debug information about what is happening on people's devices.</li>
