Version 1.7.2
* Updated the target SDK to Android 16 (Baklava).
* Dropped support for Android 4 (Ice Cream Sandwich,
Jelly Bean, and KitKat) in order to update AndroidX
libraries for better compatibility with Android 15+.
* Fixed an issue in the export and import activities where the app
would crash if the user had previously exported to or imported from
a file in shared storage and permission to use that file has expired
(e.g. after the app has been stopped or the device reboots.)
