What's new in this version
Fixes: syncing to a server with an rsync older than 3.2.3 (stock macOS
included) no longer fails with "unrecognized option '--mkpath'". Flat remote
paths are still created automatically; a nested remote path with missing
parent directories now needs a one-time mkdir -p on the server. The native
build scripts now also work on macOS hosts.
