• Fixed: your synthetic persona could stay frozen well past its 8-10 day rotation window. Rotation now catches up whenever the engine starts, instead of relying only on a background timer (#275).
• Fixed: the last-resort fallback persona was always the same identity with the same interests, which made affected devices look alike to a broker. It is now varied (#275).
